My life plan and future prospects

Hi, my name is Chiok Jia Jie, and I am from Johor, Malaysia. Now, I am studying for a diploma in business administration at Multimedia University (MMU) in Malacca, and I am a student of the School of Business. Through my studies at the university, I have gained a deep understanding of business management and gradually developed a strong interest in teamwork and effective management. These experiences have laid a solid foundation for my future career planning.



Understanding of business management and my management style

During the learning process, I have a systematic understanding of business management, especially in how to give full play to the strengths of employees. I firmly believe that in any enterprise, making full use of the strengths of each employee is the key to improving efficiency and productivity. Through communication with team members, I can clearly identify their strengths and assign work to the most suitable candidates for them. This not only completes the task in a shorter time, but also allows each employee to feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction in their work.

Rather than fighting alone, I prefer to fight side by side with my employees. In a team, I believe that everyone's contribution is important, and cooperation and support for each other are the core of success. My career goal

Over the years, I have accumulated rich experience in paint and know which materials are needed for different environments and occasions. For example, in a humid environment, I know how to choose a paint that is resistant to moisture and mildew, and in areas exposed to sunlight, I will use a paint that is sun-resistant and durable.
